6. SMS / Text Messaging

Opt-In & Consent

AlignedAgentOS may send SMS text messages to users who voluntarily and explicitly opt in to receive them. Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of creating an account, accessing the application, purchasing any product or service, or using any feature of AlignedAgentOS.

If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages from AlignedAgentOS including:

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and team settings. You may receive up to several messages per day during active periods.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-enroll. No Sharing of SMS Consent

7. Google Calendar Integration

AlignedAgentOS offers an optional Google Calendar integration so each user can display their availability on their public booking page, detect scheduling conflicts, and automatically create calendar events when someone books an appointment with them.

What We Access

When you connect your Google Calendar, the application requests permission to read your calendar events and free/busy information, and to create new events on your calendar. We access only the calendar data necessary to power booking and conflict detection — we do not read, store, or transmit the contents of your calendar events to any third party.

How We Use Your Calendar Data

• Show available time slots to people booking appointments with you
• Prevent double-booking by checking your existing events for conflicts
• Create a calendar event when a booking is confirmed
• Sync cancellations and reschedules back to your calendar

How We Store Your Data

Your Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest. They are used solely to access your own calendar on your behalf. We never sell, rent, or share your calendar data, and we do not use it for advertising or analytics.

How to Disconnect

You may revoke access at any time from within the application's Scheduling settings, or by removing the app from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon disconnection, we delete your stored OAuth tokens and cease all access to your calendar.

Limitation of Use

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer Google user data to other apps, and we do not use Google user data for serving advertising.
