Delete Your Data

You can have everything AlignedAgentOS holds about you deleted, at any time and without giving a reason. This page explains what we hold, the three ways to have it erased, and how long it takes.

What we hold

When you connect a social account — Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads or Google — we store the access token that keeps the connection alive and the basic identifiers the platform gives us (your name, your account ID, and for ads, the campaigns you have authorized us to see). We also hold the ordinary records of your use of the app: your account, your clients, tasks, messages, appointments and any forms you have filled in.

We do not receive or store your password for any of those platforms, and we never sell your data.

Three ways to delete it

1. Disconnect a social account — immediate

In the app, open Connections and disconnect the account. Its stored token is deleted straight away and we can no longer reach anything on it. You can also revoke our access from the platform itself, at Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites; revoking there deletes the connection on their side and ours stops working.

2. Delete your account — within 30 days

If you have an account, delete it from Profile → Delete account. That removes your account, your connected tokens and your personal records from our active systems within 30 days.

3. Ask us here — within 30 days

If you no longer have your login, or you filled in one of our pages and never had an account, use the form below. You are given a reference code the moment you send it, and we email you when the deletion is complete.

Check a request

Every request is given a confirmation code — the one shown when you sent the form, or the one Facebook showed you if you removed our app there. Enter it to see where that request stands.

What happens next

• Your request is logged the moment you send it, with your reference code.
• We find every record tied to your email address and your connected accounts.
• Those records and tokens are erased, and you are emailed to confirm it is done.
• This is completed within 30 days, and usually within a few working days.

A small amount may be kept where the law requires it — for example an invoice we are obliged to retain for tax purposes. Anything kept for that reason is kept only for as long as the law requires and is not used for anything else.
